I've explained the timeline as best I can without just straight up posting the DMs.
I thinking the issue is because the night phase the other day was shortened so drastically my "night 2" move to Vash was during the day.

Also the word successfully activated phrase was definitely confirmed twice.

If I posted the screenshots I think you'd all see I'm being honest but have confused myself despite initially being confident I knew what I was doing
