Off-topic + spoilers: this ending led to a huge debate between me and my wife. My interpretation is that she doubts her own faith, but is steadfast in her belief about the priest. My wife's is that she doubts her accusation. I couldn't see her angle at all but apparently it's a pretty common belief.
