The amount of salt from Ryan is unreal. I expected Cole to shit on me for being ass at the game (as well as shortkut), but this nonsense from Ryan is laughable.

Also, I'd like to point out that my scatterbrain can't constantly keep up with all the information being provided, especially considering there were about 2000 posts over the first two day phases. I mean, I kept forgetting that wolves can't kill RKs, is it that unlikely that I would miss people having actually confirmed roles?

For the ones like @TD suggesting that I should have doused two more and waited before burning: you're absolutely right and I knew that was the smart play. I just couldn't do it cause I was stressing out too much over it and had to get things over with.

I do apologize if that decision (and the decision to basically roll over and give up when Warp died) negatively impacted other people's enjoyment of the game. I know the point of these games on paper is to win, but for me it's to have fun. Even if it's having fun joking around while I get lynched.

Oh man don't worry - it didn't negatively impact my game at all. If anything it was a relief I was dead for similar reasons to you.

I'm with you on the fun thing which is why I enjoy the shitposting as much as you.

All of this. If I didn't play mine like a dumbass from get go, I could have had a lot of fun. You don't go in with the expectation of winning. You go in expecting to cause as much chaos as possible.

There's a solo role in the Town of Us mod for Amogus called "The Glitch". You get to pretend to be anyone you want and can hack people so they can't use abilities for a short time. It's gotta be one of the hardest roles to win with because EVERYONE ELSE is your enemy. It's also probably one of the most fun roles a player can get.

I don't know if it's mentioned, but... yes. Alu was always the hope. Night 2 (third night) I think we had settled on attacking Vash, thinking we would pick him up and drag out the timeframe a little. Then... something happened and we were going to take out Holly, then figured Kat was protecting her and changed to Kat... then all hell broke loose and I took out the only Seer not likely to catch fists elsewhere. :chuckle


It'll somewhat be shown in the logs, but for the audience: The three of us had been trying to drum up as much confusion as humanly fucking possible so y'all didn't know which way was up. A lot of that hinged on you guys not knowing that Cole was the Random-Wolf Seer (which... surprise?! He was. :tease), so that we could throw extra shit at you. Like the Nightmare Wolf thing, but also if necessary that was going to be our default response if we got checked by an Aura Seer at a bad time. But Alu coming for a wolf head was definitely always going to happen.

Also, I think the original pre-Night 0 plan was that I was going to role claim Aura Seer and... something else I can't think of off-hand. Just a claim vague enough that it could slide into either before the end of the day. When we fucking murdered shortkut died I immediately snatched his role added Spirit Seer into the mix, and as more and more Aura Seer claims happened I just went full board into it. Made sure Cole and TD were okay with it, and it was set in motion to draw protectors towards me (<3 you Ants) and make scoring a kill a little easier.

Honestly right up until the point Killface dropped the shortkut bomb, I think I was sitting pretty. All downhill from there!
Please keep voting for Ants day one, shortkut. The stars have aligned to make me kill you every time, but it's not my fault!

Having 4 seers actually in the game AGAIN didn't do us any favours either. If that hadn't happened, it would've been interesting to see how your claim held up.

It's funny because Warp brought up attacking Ants anyhow and being willing to be a sacrifice to get rid of that role, so I'm not even sure if it influenced other decision making. If anything, it just made us go for actual verified roles.

What WAS Ants anyhow?

He did claim it before me. I claimed doing actual protecting in line with actions that happened (and actually did do it, as you know), that was more my argument. Then I picked to kill him cause if he was telling the truth, it was one of the weaker roles left.

Yup, and Benzine running in name dropping CG confirmed to us that Raposa was lying. So TD went for Raposa immediately, and I went after Benzine a little later.

Yep, I was the Doctor.

I claimed TG so that the wolves would think twice about eating me, but otherwise it was the same thing because it was a random protector role with the same aura.

And for some reason I lied about who I protected on the first night, I said it was Coleman but I actually protected canadaguy, but I’m way past being able to remember what my reasoning was for lying about that.

I also had a bunch of drinks so it’s really hard to write anything with typos right now, I think O’m right on the border of that.

You have the best attitude. You are absolutely correct: the point isn’t to win, the point is to have fun. I try to instill this value in my kids, because they can be sore losers when we play board games so I do my best to show them how much fun I’m having when they beat me. I was the random killer last game, and while I did do my best to be the last one alive, I knew when to fold (to borrow a term from the poker players here) and was satisfied when they found me out and was ready to be shot by Coleman.

I promise you we all had a blast playing with you, and while I do hope you’ll continue playing with us I also understand if it stressed you and you need a break. Lots of love my dude.
