Could you please let me know which ones you updated? I sent the DMs and stuff out with them as they were, so it'll help to know which I have to go edit.
Bully primarily to clarify that it can’t stop loudmouth and avengers from triggering

Illusionist has a two hour buffer.

Ritualist revival happens after one phase, not two.

Can bully stop flower child/guardian wolf?
Probably. It doesn’t seem to stop reflexive actions
Based on how it works with others, I'd assume if a target is chosen BEFORE the Bully stones them, then the power would go off still. I would assume like Avenger/Loudmouth, only the target can't be switched.

Just, since the target is likely unknown, it's not something that would likely ever happen because the FC/GW don't typically select a target until last second.

That's only my interpretation though.

Is that accurate? If they've picked a target already then the bully wouldn't stop it?

Zell thumbs upped my comment, but I can't say with certainty. I'm simply applying the same logic to the FC/GW role that applies to Avenger/Loudmouth. They can't switch the target, but their powers still go off if one is already selected. I'm just assuming FC/GW is the same way.
