I'm primarily waiting for Zell to get time to make whatever edits he wants to the roles, but otherwise we could potentially start later today, specifically Nov 23, 2024 at 2:00 AM .

I realized there was a "TIME" tag, that is set in UTC, which will display the relative time based on your forum timezone settings... Which sounds wildly useful for everyone playing around the globe here, so I'll be tagging all the phase timings using that method.

I think an odd number of actual humans is preferred, but any of the others who've actually run one and paid attention can correct me if I'm overthinking it.

As I've thought it through we've got 16 actual humans signed up now. With the dead body, that's 17. But since the dead body will be the one who dies we'd be left with the 16 actual players going into the day phase, which increases the chance of a tied vote. If we started with 17 humans + dead body, it'd be an odd number of voters going into the day and I think that's why it'd work better.

EDIT: Other option is to just coin-flip kill some mother fucker on a tied vote instead of killing no one... I'm good with either.

Besides daytime kills or overnight solo kills can instantly topple any such attempts at avoiding an even player count.

I just think you're trying to fix a problem that doesn't exist.

Idk. I got lynched in the latest Kat wolf on day 1 before Jon bailed me out. And the game after that we got Benzine lynched day 1. And just this latest game Christina was gone with 10 votes.

It'd say it's starting to turn more towards murder day 1 if only barely. Though it hardly matters if people just don't want to. It doesn't really matter how many people we have or if there's odd or even of us.
