I also don't know why if you're going for the guaranteed kill, you'd jail anyone but Jon with an apparent evil? Like. Why Jawneh?

It makes no sense.
I kept forgetting Christina was confirmed. xD Even though I knew she was town, but nope. Just not in my brain.

Shortkut was really effective in sowing confusion

So can you flag an attack onto nobody?

She wasn't told, she was the one who killed her target. It makes perfect sense she'd change her flag target in that case.
I would say you have to pick a player that has not been officially declared dead. If it happens that the person you pick gets declared dead the same night, the flagged protection doesn’t disappear.

I had a plan of action made for this game as a priest. Half of it WAS to try to stay alive long and splash late, but the main thing was to come out at the beginning of the day to fake being a flagger saying I saved X and killed whoever the wolves killed. Then snuff out anymore being wolfy enough to try to sus me out before a splash in the face.

But them wolves zerked. And then over half the town was suddenly dead. So it was just back to trying to stay alive lol.

I was going to splash Zell before I went to bed yesterday, but I was tired and said heck it. Worry about it tomorrow. And Jon chose to do the killing himself. Heh.

Jon played a rock solid game and used the Conjuror abilities extremely well.
Agreed. A lot of people played really well this game. Benzine and kut also did well to hide as long as they did, and Alu kept the town from imploding. And Vash shooting a wolf nearly straight out of the gate, of course.

I like how the town won despite lynching a townie every day.

Looks like @Crystal and I somehow got the PHP errors that XF started throwing last night under control. I will tell you that both of us are experts and clearly know exactly what the error was and how we fixed it... Yeah...

Anyway, now that I've actually been able to get the last post out an concluded it, I want to say thank you to everyone for playing and letting me host! I'm gonna take what I learned/gathered from this one and try to make some improvements for when I run another.

That's for hosting, @Ben! It was fun and I hope you'll host again sometime.

I like how you have the roles laid out in the first post. It's easy to find a specific role quickly.

Is there a button to show a time in the user's local time like you were doing, or do you have to type the tag manually?

No button at present.

It's the last entry on the BB Code help menu.

By default it's set in UTC, which I'd been using as I posted the tags, but I just realized you can set it to whatever timezone you want by adjusting the '+0000' bit.

For instance, "2024-11-26T03:09:00-0500"' returns it in EST.

So just set the time local to you, and then add/subtract the relevant number of hours from UTC.

Thanks. I'm on a phone so typing code is painful, but it's good to know.

I was going to ask what people thought were warranted as badges. I'd agree with something for using so many powers in one game.
I think all the standard badges should apply, as well you getting a GM badge (if you don't already have it). A conjuror badge sounds really cool too.
