Sucks because my default song that plays unless I have a different one selected for a contact that's calling me, is Frog's song from Chrono Trigger. It's badass and I miss hearing it lol.
But I just leave my phone on silent all the time because otherwise I would keep forgetting to turn it off before work or other places where I'd rather not have it ring unexpectedly.

I've had the same ring tone (OG Mario) for as long as I've owned a cell phone, and my ringer is only silenced at night. I never paid for it though so I guess it technically doesn't contradict what you've said.
Hardly anybody ever calls me though so I very rarely hear it ring.

Because usually it's some asinine bullshit that could be stated in a single sentence. It's like getting a message from someone, and continually seeing the "typing..." dots because someone either left the keyboard up on the message thread or they're plotting their next sentence. I ain't playing that guessing game. I'll check the phone when the messages stop coming in.

I used to have a random ringtone app but it must be for an older android version and when I switched to my new phone the app wasnt carried over. It would cycle through a bunch of video game music

I’m definitely in that position and I abuse it sometimes. They fucked up by not letting me change positions to one that was less clinical and more production based. My regional pharmacy manager said I was “too valuable to let me change positions” and that it was “like having Michael Jordan on your team and only bringing him in for garbage time.” While it was flattering, it reinforced me how much they need me, so I take advantage of it whenever I can
