I'm ok with moving back if you're not in love with who is there, but don't settle and don't get screwed.
Remember when the B's had 3 picks in a row in 2015? They made trades and ended up with 3 firsts. Weren't i love with any players, and tried to sell the picks and couldn't get anyone to move into the picks. So they ended up selecting Jacob Zboril, Jake DeBrusk and Nick Senyshyn, 13th, 14th and 15th overall, reaching on all 3.
DeBrusk is the only one that had a career, and not a 14th overall career. Zboril was traded (with a THIRD) for Andrew Peeke. And he's now in a Chech league and out of the NHL. Senyshyn was awful, was traded for a FIFTH to Ottawa and he's in Germany now (I think).
Don't put yourself in a position to settle on something and reach on talentless players. But don't sell the picks for garbage. If the Isles like someone in that spot and you don't, trade it, but get value. A top 6 forward or a top 4 defense at LEAST. But if you can't get that and there is someone you like, then take the player.
But dear lord, at least get a good player and a 1st swap...
