I am not the game master, but I do not believe so. You only revive with what you have.

So, like if I were to get revived, I'd have one arrow left because I have 2. But a priest is one and done.

Follow up on this, that doesn't include triggered uses. I know Zell has confirmed an avenger who is killed, uses their avenge, is rezzed, will be able to use another avenge. If that makes sense.

Priest and Marksman are activated abilities.

Marksman.

Used a random number generator to pick 10 on night one (happened to be canadaguy).

Because people seemed to be getting annoyed with my schtick I assumed I was dead soon and not going to have a chance to move the target and then get to shoot, so I decided to just shoot so either I blind luck hit a baddie, or hit town and confirm 2 town roles. Figured it was a win/win before I was killed and didn't reveal anything.

I get you. I think the attack is obvious. i think the clarification is there to consider the disguising as an attack as well. That's more ambiguous. The second part of the illusionist role says "attack" so I think it's implied.
