This show is incredible. I've watched all of it except for one episode (which I'll finish tonight) and I really can't recommend it enough. The stories are so powerful, and you get a multidimensional view of the people on the show, rather than just some people being edited favourably, and others edited negatively.
I need to check it out. Cornette was kind of down on it since it doesn't involve Danny Davis but they are giving the current iteration of OVW credit for that previous version's success. Anyway, it seems like a interesting show regardless.
Fun fact: he's not one of the featured wrestlers, but one of the guys in Amon's demonic heel stable, the one with the black angel wings -- D'Mone Solavino -- worked with our local indy, Cape Championship Wrestling, quite a few times before permanently settling in at OVW. I got the chance to work alongside him once or twice in late 2016; super nice guy but exactly as intense as he looks on-screen.
