I deserved death because I lied and actually protected dimmerwit.

THE END OF THE GAME

It had taken blood, silence, charm, and compromise — but somehow, they'd made it.

The others had fallen one by one:
Ben, the last wolf, voted down with only a smirk and a shrug.
Alu, the final line of protection, taken quietly under the cover of night.
And then dimmerwit — ever watchful, ever suspicious — convinced just a little too late that love conquers all.

Which, in a way, it had.

When the dust settled, canadaguy and Fools stood hand in hand at the edge of the village square. The sky was pink. The air still. The rest were gone. Only echoes and soft wind remained.

They had done it.

Against the odds, across enemy lines, they had survived. Not as villagers or wolves — but as lovers. The bond forged in secret, stronger than faction or fear, had won out.

There should have been music. A sunset. A kiss.

But instead, there was just... silence.

A long, awkward one.

Canadaguy cleared their throat. "So… that's it?"

Fools nodded. "Guess so."

Another pause.

"You know," canadaguy said slowly, "you did technically help kill everyone I knew."

"Right, but you voted out Ben," Fools replied. "We both made sacrifices."

"Sure," canadaguy said, arms folding. "And I'm really looking forward to explaining this to my therapist."

Fools rubbed the back of their neck. "I thought we were past all that."

"Past the mass murder?"

"No, the bickering."

Another silence. Then canadaguy pulled away, just slightly, just enough.

"I'm not saying I didn't enjoy our time together," they said. "I'm just saying — maybe survival isn't the same thing as compatibility."

Fools sighed. "You wanna do this now?"

Canadaguy glanced around the empty village.

"There's literally no one else left. When else would I do it?"

And so, the last chapter of the game was not written in violence or betrayal, but in paperwork.

The Lovers have won.
And then — they filed for separation.

They'd lived through hell together. But even hell had boundaries.

Yeah so CG confirmed earlier that he tried to kill Kat that same night she died in jail, so obviously FR would have been able to take advantage of that.

But didn't even need the coordination it seemed. Then dimmerwit's checks helped out as well with the confusion.

Good job taking advantage of that. Apparently needed to theory craft more on that line. I only just remembered that comment from CG earlier.

I kinda want to know why Kelly put me and CG together? Random? Our shared love for Letterkenny?

@Smacktard
1. CG usually makes it to late-game if he's not accidentally taken out night 0, and he's a strong player.

2. You're a good player too but you're severely underestimated, so you wouldn't have a huge target on your back.

3. It's such a random combination. Who would expect that? No one! That's why it's funny.

Thanks for winning, I knew you two could do it <3

This was the best

It’s really my fault for not making it my mission to kill FR for continuing with Ants’ shtick of voting me day 1 when I’m clearly not over @Ants!
I stopped the voting-for-you-just-because thing when people started bandwagoning it and I felt bad that it became a thing that could make it hard for you to last in the games.

I missed what was going on with local. How did he not know his role?

He claimed to be doctor and then shortly after I posted I was doctor he double checked and was "oh wait I'm actually body guard"

He didn't read my post apparently, but it wasn't a good look lol
