Could you increase the width of the user pane within threads, so that names over ~13 characters don't get cut off? It's killing me.
No idea what the element is named on this software, but hopefully it's just a control panel setting somewhere.
Also ironic that Eye's pane is taller than the others examples I picked.
Edit: Looks like that side pane is about 140 px at present, with the post window around ~1040. My guess is the side bar will need at least another 30 px to get everything on the same line, so if you can shift it to 180 px and 1000 px, that might work without widening the page display any.
Edit 2: This is of course only relevant to desktop/landscape mode. On mobile the user pane gets the whole width of the screen and has no issues.
