Lemme tell you something, bro… I COUGHED and threw my back out for a few days. This aging thing sucks almost as much as Alu.

I hugged a pillow in my sleep and had to go to the chiropractor 3 times I couldn't stand up straight I was in tremendous pain.

I wouldn't call it life changing. Definitely worth the money if your back is messed up though.

A good memory foam mattress changed my life. I recently traveled and the bed hurt my back. Granted the previous visitors had been the bed frame supports.

That’s what the boss lady and I have now… that thing is a game changer. I actually sleep through the night when the mind isn’t playing tricks on me.

Get massages. I get one every couple of months and it helps a ton. I've recently been going to a Thai place not too far from where I live - this is the kind of place with bars on the ceiling so they can walk on your back and control where their full body weight/force goes.
