I actually hadn't seen anything about this, so news to me. I can't recall which of them it was that I played a fuckload of as a teen, but it was definitely one of them.

They actually took Crazy Taxi off Steam recently.

I liked THPS3 but THPS4 was my game. I think it was because I was a bit older and I liked the dropping of the time limit, even as others disagree.

Also not sure if you know but they released a remake of 1 & 2 a few years ago. It was well done so high hopes for this one.

I think it must have been THPS3. I just remembered how obsessed I was with the CKY song "96 Quite Bitter Beings" at the time, and that's the one it was in.

Apparently also going to be in this remake, too!

Yes! I have the remake of 1 and 2 and it's awesome. These two games were my teen years, especially 4. I can't wait to play them again. Iconic soundtracks and level designs.

So apparently THPS4 will be restructured into a more traditional 2-minute experience. That's a real shame. I get that a lot of the goal givers have been cancelled (hi Bam Margera!) but the levels were designed around that format and I don't think it'll work nearly as well.

He’s their singer now, and most recently got the band kicked off of a tour because he punched the lead singer of Alien Ant Farm.

These days it's a balance between putting food on the table of buying a game...so...food comes first. Maybe one day.

I was initially super excited for this, and then I saw this too and now I'm not sure whether or not I'll buy it. THPS3 is definitely my favourite of the first 3, but THPS4 is my favourite game in the series and I would have paid full price for a remake of just that game. The 2 minute style is so restrictive and I don't think it will capture the original game at all.

Meant to come to this thread sooner. The first three games were absolutely childhood defining games for me. I haven't played the 1&2 remake yet, but could feasibly get round to it this year.

THPS3 is the game that I spent the most time on in the series. I remember unlocking all of the characters, including Darth Maul and Wolverine. It's the best game in the series for me, though I do get the views of those who sunk the most time into THPS4. I spent less time with that game relatively speaking, but if anything that's another reason to get this collection.
