Last night meat loaf. Tonight I am not sure what we're having.

Got pizza last night. The night before Qdoba.

I write out dinners weekly for grocery shopping. Sample from this week

Monday - Salmon, sweet potatoes, broccoli
Tuesday - Burgers and fries
Wednesday - Spicy chicken tacos
Thursday - Spaghetti carbonara
Today - I left it vague as I'm going out so we shall see
Tomorrow - making my own pizza

Today I had Biff Rydberg for dinner. It's a swedish dish, consisting of fried diced potatoes, diced beef (preferably tenderloin, but today we had sirloin), diced fried onions and a sauce made out of horseradish and creme fraiche. Simple and totally delicious!

Tonight we'll be having spaghetti and garlic bread. I wanted to make everything homemade, but my husband didn't want to have to go through the effort with me, so we are using storebought stuff.

I know he's a bit of a douche to McFly, and the name change to try and be Swedish is culturally insensitive, but you didn't need to eat him!

Tater tots dipped in mcsauce. More as an appetizer though.

There will be meatballs later.

We have a bunch of soul food spots around us, so we take full advantage.

Got the old lady and I fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, green beans, and western fries.

Got the picky one chicken tenders and fries.

Nobody feels like cooking today, so delivery it is.

I'm making meatloaf. It's in the oven but I haven't decided on any sides. I feel like I probably should have something other than mashed potatoes but I'm really not feeling being in the kitchen more.
