Personally I just eat it in one piece, from a corner. It's just toast, idk why you would need to cut it (or fold it, how floppy is your toast??). I guess cutting could be nice if you want to avoid eating the crust?

Yeah. The other side is also toasted and it has the crust for structural integrity. If it got soggy enough to easily fold, I don't think I'd eat it. I will admit that I consider toast to no longer be good after about five minutes though.

It's a slice of bread, it shouldn't be too difficult to fold to begin with even if it's not soggy... Unless you're over there making toast outta Texas toast croutons.

1 is the classic great way of doing it. 2 and 3 are weird, but I can see toast or sandwiches cut like that depending on your toppings.

I also rarely cut mine anyhow as I have these things called teeth that do that for me.
