Honestly, I don't think it should count as a separate title... Substance was just MGS2 with extras, essentially like a 'definitive' or 'game of the year' edition.

But technically they had different SKU, so... That's up to @VashTheStampede to decide. Or maybe @Crazy Jamie if this ends up in court.
