My absolute favorite director and a completely unique visionary who inspired countless others.

Blue Velvet
Twin Peaks
Mulholland Dr

I'm forever grateful to him for opening up my imagination more and making me realize that sometimes a great film isn't about the story or plot, but about how it makes you feel.

people don’t realize how many of their favorite pieces of media (especially japanese media like persona 4 (even if that one’s not my favorite) and jojo’s bizarre adventure (specifically part 4)) wouldn’t exist if not for twin peaks
