I admit to eating the garbage ramen frequently. When you're broke...
Proper ramen is amazing, though!
Yep, it's something everyone goes through a phase with, I think. And experimenting with different ways to make it, lolI used to eat Ramen almost every day for lunch and dinner. That's before I got tired of it. My kids love it.
sameWe just had Ramen for dinner lol
I had a spam and egg and a salmon rice ball for lunchsame
and a dragon roll and takoyaki.
Damn some of the things people can come up with in prison is incredible! Making everything out of whatever they can get. Some pretty complex dishes, too!I am SO white and juvenile when it comes to my food tastes, so I’ve only had brick ramen. My idea of “fancy ramen” was what my friends would make after they got outta jail/prison. Anything you could think of to dress it up off of the commissary they’d grab on the outside after release. Especially the ones that did longer bids. You’d be surprised how long it takes for those guys to readjust.

That was a middle school staple for me!I don't know if I've ever had real Ramen.
But I like to break up the uncooked noodles in the cheap packets, pour in the seasoning, and eat them like chips.
Never even heard of raccoon ramenyes, i live in korea
the best are:
shin
raccoon (너구리) - anyone seen this one?
Sounds delicious!Definitely miss ramen, and especially udon, from living in Japan.
Now I eat the brick ramen but instead of the seasoning packet I'll make it with a hondashi+mirin+soy sauce, or with a curry cube, and I'll often put an egg in it and/or some kind of seaweed like wakame.
Do you know how to make the egg the way they do? I keep trying and failing. It's always too soft or too hardDefinitely miss ramen, and especially udon, from living in Japan.

You want a girlfriend lab dedicated to noodles. Why did I read GF as girlfriend and not gluten free?
