I used to have more. But also I said "already open" - I have 2 unopened options as well.

But when I first went to fully remote I took my office supply home and I jumped up to 9 bottles lol. I just haven't been in the business of replacing them as I've finished them of late.

I drank somewhat heavily at the end of my first GW run, trying to match mara and Larry on Teamspeak. I definitely woke up face down on the floor of my office, headset still on, several times.

Somewhat started again a year or two after my son was born when I was trying to escape reality of a shitty job and postpartum girlfriend. I realized I was just sleeping around and driving drunk a lot, so cut it out.

Now I just smoke. Alone. Since covid and work from home, I don't even social smoke with anyone. I probably possess alcohol in some cupboard somewhere but it's not touched.

Oh, I did get hammered a year or so ago on a business trip to HQ. They had us in the hotel across the street, and we were told the bar tab was on this one directors card. So collectively everyone put about $300 on it.

I threw up in a diner bathroom the next morning.

I once worked on a project where we had to collaborate with a competitor, and the competitor threw a Christmas party for everybody and challenged us to run up enough of a booze bill that it wiped out their profit.
