I really don't like this plan. I don't think Local will use his flower power to save Tommy. And if he does, all it confirms is that Local is either the flower babe or the guardian wolf. It tells us nothing. It doesn't tell us anything about Tommy's role, and Flagger is a good claim for SKs and wolves.

The only benefit is that it may use up a wolf power. I can't see how it gets us any closer to the truth.
