Here's the current best method for an NHL fantasy league

Step 1: Get first pick
Step 2: Draft Connor McDavid

My biggest obstacle with Fantasy not named Football is the lineup management being day to day rather than a full week.

If there's a lot of interest and you need a last registrant to fill it I could hop in but don't expect a contender.

It can be. In football you set it an forget it. Baseball, hockey and basketball require more daily attention to injuries, rosters and matchups. I LOVE hockey and baseball, but playing them in fantasy is tougher for me than football, because forgetting to check your roster even once in a week can set you back dramatically

I think it also depends who you are playing with.

In college I joined my first and only NHL fantasy league. There were times where I forgot to adjust lineups, didn't know about injuries, or made a WW pickup that messed up the set up lineups.

Everyone gave me a hard time and it put me off a bit.

That said I don't think this group would do that which is why I'd join if there was enough interest.

I've been playing in one the last few years with work (or technically former) colleagues and most of the communication is just spamming memes like a wolf game.


I'll keep this running for now just in case.
