Had a thought the other day that I'm sure isn't original as plenty of people must have thought about it before me, but:

Trans-formers.

Changing from one gender into the other as you hear the robotic sound transformers make while they're changing forms and the persons crotch and chest and face and hair move around and rearrange themselves.
