I have finished the main foundations novels (havent read the two prequels yet), liked the series.

Currently Im on the last Robot novel and I adore this series and am sad Im on the last novel. Will be moving on to the Empire trilogy after this. Love the characters and the plot and world, where Foundation novels were mostly plot and world, I was not expecting to enjoy the characters in the Robot books as much as I have

Any fans?

Yes, and Arthur C Clark and Heinlein and the rest of the gang. I am glad the Foundations series seems to be pretty good and looking forward to Rendezvous with Rama movie. One of the best science fiction books I read ( well, listened to!) Was the Forever war, highly suggested.

I couldnt get into Foundation TV series, too hard for me to separate it from what I want based on the books

Childhood's end was great, all I've read of Clarks so far. Havent read any Heinlein

Also a big fan of Alfred Bester's Demolished Man. Wasnt a huge fan of The Stars My Destination

I've only just started getting into it, but I have read I, Robot and loved it. It's interesting from a nerdy, technical point of view (how do you troubleshoot and fix things you don't fully understand and can't completely control?), and also from a philosophical view (how do you create a set of rules to ensure the ethically correct action is always taken?).

Which do you recommend I read next?

I would read all his stuff

You can go publication or chronological, I actually started with Foundation and have finished it other than the two prequel novels, I have finished Robots and will be starting Galactic Empire soon
