I accidentally clicked somebody's name in my notification list and noticed I could see what they were looking at. I checked a few others to see if maybe that one person just forgot to turn it off, but I could see it for all the others I tried too. I think this is not intended, correct?

...oh wait...I bet I screwed it up when I tinkered with style priorities because @shortkut and @Alu's name colours were inadvertently changed...I'm not sure how Mark has things setup to hide activity, but I'll re-set priorities so we can hopefully re-fix this issue.

Nah, I gambled assuming the Registered group would catch everyone, but when I modified the secondary groups’ permissions, I went from memory on every checkbox… ultimately leading us here. Some were set to “no”, which can be overridden by group prioritization as you thought, others were set to “never”.
