Demons and Wizards were awesome, have real regrets not going to see them on their only US tour in late 2019. They were at The Palladium in Worcester, MA and I didn't go.

It's a shame about Jon Schaffer being an absolute nutcase, and being arrested/pleading guilty to attempting to overthrow the US Government.

It's certainly dumb, overused and got co-opted to be sarcastic. But it still sums up the sentiment of not trying to rile people up or break them down over their core identity and stuff they can't change.
