Day 1 feels so far lands on Benzine, TD, Local, and one of the ones I got nothing on.

I'd say both. But he also hasn't really been much different than normal. Something piqued me though.

That's why I usually prefer to use super obtuse hints that people only typically get in retrospect, while accidentally saying things that people think are hints to other roles.

So what you're saying is that you like to maintain a few different claims?

I will also remind you that for someone who usually hardcore pushes role claiming down our throats, Kelly has been awfully mum this game.

I pushed role claims in that game because I viewed it as virtually unwinnable for the town as a 6v9 game. I knew the town would flounder in indecision and we'd lose unless someone tried to come up with a plan, and as far as I was concerned it was the only workable plan given the circumstances.

Last game he wasn't a wolf in, he was essentially charging people who wouldn't role claim as wolves within his first post.

Last game was last game, this game is this game. And in Kat's game I also didn't role claim Day 1, nor was I going to in Day 2. I only role claim if it benefits the town in some way. I don't see the point in me indicating my role day 1 this time -- especially with an unknown wolf team -- and anyone pushing for claims this early in this game raises my sus-o-meter. We're 10v4v1v1 and SK has a nasty habit of killing wolves, so we're not exactly feeling the pressure yet.

Yeah 4 random wolves is such a wildcard. The wolves could be stacked for all we know. I "joked" earlier about 0-4 Berserkers but it's technically possible.

A team of 4 alphas would be hilarious, and pretty much a guaranteed loss for the town.

On a serious note, is it really smart to skip a lynch?

Opinions are split but I don't think lynching day 1 makes sense unless we have actionable info. By day 2 we should have more to work with, so pretty much any day after that needs a lynch though IMO.

It's not the end of the world if we don't, but I really don't get the Benzine obsession other than the meme.

I still think Tommy's the best option but thats clearly not happening now. Him being a wolf would still match with his honesty proclamation and he jumped on the Benzine train pretty quickly.
