Tommy role claimed as spirit seer, I believe, and said he checked me and Raine and one of us was red. I'm the beast hunter and couldn't do shit night one other than place my trap.

If Tommy wasn't full of shit, then Raine is a wolf. If Tommy is a wolf, then good for Raine.

And Tommy seemed 100% convinced of Vash's innocence, because he picked Ants! and Vash night one and they were both blue. But Vash could be the Wolf Seer or Blind Wolf (not saying he is). I just feel like Tommy is as good a pick as we might get right now.

Like, is it in the story you post, or is the player PMed and then allowed to announce if they wish? And what does the loudmouth's role show up as if the loudmouth dies but no player announces their role?

The loudmouth role is similar to the avenger roles in that they pick a target before they die and can change it anytime. If the loudmouth dies, I will announce the role of their target to everybody.
