Was also wondering if CJ or Bandi would know, or anyone who posts in the retro forum. I guess CJ is on vacation.

Anyway, no one guessed it. My personal litmus test to know how hard this is, is if my husband knows the answer. He...knows a lot...of video game music. He didn't know this one! (He's not allowed to guess in here)

So I'm thinking this is old and a few may have played this but it's been too long.

The answer is...(plz don't get mad wanted to see what we do with a tough one)...curious if anyone remembers this now...

omg... it was Turtles in Time... I could have had it after the third clip because that.waa the first game I really thought it cpuld be. I went through all the songs and didn't heard what was being posted here and assumed it wasn't Turtles in Time so I didn't guess.

Posting the next one now before I leave for a bit. Remember you'd have to be really knowledgeable or really lucky to get it on the version A.

Husband litmus test: as I recall he did know this one pretty easily. Like not immediately but yeah. Not sure if that is a clue because of how many things he has played.

Also, I have decided I am going to add a difficulty number to these posts. That may help somehow. 1 through 5 with 5 being the hardest. Guile's was a 4. The TMNT one was a 5. This one is back down to a 4.

My productivity has gone down since hosting this now I just jam out to games all day. Including this following song

Ahhh I was so close to guessing Turtles in Time! I guess I thought others would have already gotten it since it's a fairly well known game, so I talked myself out if it.

I never had an SNES growing up, but I played the NES Turtles games all the time. The third game (Manhattan Project) especially had a bangin' soundtrack, and this track gave me similar vibes.

I'm gonna throw in one of the DKC on snes, as those are games I imagine having cowbell in them. Not that I remember them having cowbell.

Everyone, make sure you're careful about the song title. This is specifically the Koopa Kids song. Bowser is also a boss in the castle. I know what you're talking about but maybe in the future I will need something more specific.

I'll post another update soon. I'm glad this one was recognized pretty quick.

@Nae'blis @Smacktard is there a best time of day for you guys? I don't want to make this unfair (as much as I can). This is a unique game in that I can post an update whenever if no one knows.

The Mario wiki is good for Mario stuff. I used Nintendo Music but that needs a Switch online subscription.

I think it's harder for older titles particularly in the SNES era and earlier because in many cases they never released OSTs and so didn't gain "official" names for many years.
