here's the answer. Was wondering when Earthbound was going to come up to be honest because that sounds like something from it
I got excited when canadaguy guessed Star Wars because I read the "Star" part first
So if you combine his two guesses of Star Wars and Jazz Jackrabbit...maybe...something...like this...?
I only ever played the middle route and never made it past the boss in Meteor as a kid. Going back to the game now is a test in frustration due to poor framerate and dodgy controls. Man, as a kid, you suffered through anything.
Lots of Nintendo bias in these picks![]()
Never played Pictionary, but I've heard the song. Not sure if I would've guessed it. Maybe? Maybe. The next song was going to be the title theme for NES Pictionary. Did ANYONE here play this??
I feel like this music goes WAY hard for a Pictionary game??
Oh fuck yeah bud, this is sick. And for NES PICTIONARY? It's like turning in an A+ paper for a joke class. The next song was going to be the title theme for NES Pictionary. Did ANYONE here play this??

It's Star Fox Zero. It's a reimagining of Star Fox 64 that came out in April 2016 on Wii U so about a year before the Switch came out. The problem is that because it used the Wii U's gamepad extensively it would have been impossible to port without basically redoing the whole game. Also, aside from the soundtrack it wasn't that good.I asked my husband about this series, did they abandon the IP? He said that they came out with a new one or something when one of the new consoles came out, maybe the Switch? But they made it for the old console and so hardly anyone bought it and they haven't really touched the series since.
Nintendo forced in Wii U Gamepad controls into the game without providing an alternative (lime what Factor 5 did wjth Lair after the initial backlash). Even after play testers at conventions clearly stated that it was unintuitive, Nintendo still went forward to the shitty control scheme thinking "players will just get used to it."I asked my husband about this series, did they abandon the IP? There must have been a mixup. Somewhere out there is a beat'em up or action platformer with the dullest possible soundtrack.
