Apparently it's coming back in it's physical form, I used to have some of these in the early 2010s. Would you join to read a physical gaming magazine again or would you stick to strictly digital

I had every issue of GameInformer from January 2002 through like March/April 2013. I ended up throwing out all but the Jan'02 issue when I moved away from my home state, and... yeah I couldn't imagine subscribing. Novelty aside, without some sort of actual journalism or exclusive access, print media is just too slow and everything contained within the issue would be known days to weeks in advance on the internet.

I'd be slightly more interested in, like, a Patreon helmed by some of the alumni though. But that's also true for many things, and doesn't necessarily need any particular reward or gimmick beyond knowing it exists if/when I get bored.

Nope, it does give me some good nostalgia, but so much is online now it seems like a waste
Pretty much this. I loved getting that magazine and reading about upcoming games. But I wouldn't subscribe again. Especially because I refuse to support Game Stop in any way. That company can diaf.

The days of waiting for the new issue to drop wouldn’t hold the same value when news travels in real-time like it does now.

Even a format like OPM wouldn’t survive in its legacy format… why get excited about a demo disc when all of the same demos are on the storefront?

There would have to be some degree of exclusive demo that would have to somehow stay offline, or there would have to be (I don’t even wanna type this) some kind of exclusive in-game content or redeemable code that you get rewarded with for subscribing. As it stands now, there’s really nothing to sell the magazines in a physical form, because like @Raine said… a Patreon or some other stream would serve the same purpose.
