Movies Do you marathon movie series?

Do you ever marathon a movie series and watch them all in order?

I have many times in the past like with the Terminator and Matrix movies.

I can barely find myself getting through one movie most of the time, let alone several in a row.

If I were to do a series it wouldn't be anything plot heavy.

I've done a few different marathons over the year, first week of COVID lockdowns I watched all the Fast n Furious movies that had been released back to back. Working from home has resulted in me watching lots of movies late into the night knowing I barely need to be presentable for work

I watch the LotR and Hobbit trilogies yearly, and I did try to marathon them, not both at the same time, but one trilogy and then the other...I couldn't do to it. I have done a marathon of a few movie series, though, they're fun

My girlfriend and I were going to marathon LotR, but for whatever reason, MAX was not getting past the HBO logo when it was buffering. We gave up and will try again next weekend. She's never seen any of them. I'm extremely excited. She agreed to do the entire day dedicated to the extended cuts. But realistically we'll probably do Fellowship and Towers one day, and then Return the next day. Pretty sure it's 14 hours total lol.

Yeah, it's pretty close to 14 hours. This is my binge playlist for LotR and The Hobbit extended editions, 21 hours, lol

Going into Endgame, I intended to watch every Marvel movie in release order from the first Blade through to Ant Man and the Wasp. But realized it would take an obnoxious amount of time, so I just stuck with MCU films.

I did once watch all of the Fast and Furious movies in order before the 8th movie.

I've occasionally watched all movies in some franchises in order.
