Always.

I’m one of only residency trained pharmacists and have been there the longest so I get more work than everyone else, sometimes significantly more. Normally I don’t mind, because I can easily do a lot of the work faster than anyone else. Recently they changed things up because my team was the only one with metrics above goal, so now I have at least 3 times as many patients as the next team. So for the first time in years I’m actually asking for help with my work load, they are telling the the plan to help me amounts to barely a bandaid

All the time. Caregiving is a 24/7 job, burnout is very, very common and very easy to reach.

Yeah, but it's mostly whining because I have to do a bunch of things I don't want to do. It's not actually unreasonable to get done within 40 hours.
