Resolved Display irregularities on the member profile pages and odd button text.

So, two-fold bug report;

• I initially noticed that the "start a conversation" button says "To write", which is just weird. I'd think it's supposed to read "Write to".
• I then noticed several people had a weird oval frame on their profile pictures. I initially noticed it on Vash and thought it was because his name is so long, but that's not even included in that frame and shortkut has the same thing too. They're both just short and wide, and also their profile pictures are shaped irregularly.

Hmm. That's an interesting one. Will get the button fixed immediately and look into why their avatars are so skewed.
