It's much higher than that. You are using your shaman on someone (100% chance). Alu has to pick whatever target you shamaned, 1/16 chance.

And all that made me realize it was more of an inside job if Quaqmire never dropped the gun. Zell wanted Vash not to have any and Quaqmire being part of the same system with Zell listened. We clearly already know Vash has an itchy trigger finger a d I'm fairly sure he's one of the people who has said he'd immediately use the warden gun if presented.

I didnt drop the gun because if Shortcut was as townie and Vash shot him, Vash dies, if I give Shortcut the gun and he's a wolf then Vash dies...whole goal was to protect our shooter, but anyone would have failed due to bezerker

Also if I tag someone, will they see the tag right away or once they have access?

I’m just having a hard time believing it. All the wolves have been named multiple times, and we both got potions last night. If someone isn’t coupled, something weird happened. There’s no way someone just hit us all night 1.

I feel like canada may be coupled with a wolf, he hit the lottery of odds out of the gate and claimed he didnt have to pick Zell to know dimmer was a shaman. Unless there is another role or Ants/Benzine goofed up, only way bell ringer works is if one of their two targets dies, and he never responded when I pointed that out

I am interested in doing a postmortem on this game after it's done though to see peoples reasons for making the choices that they did.

I did it earlier in the thread. I calculated ~1.9% for cg and ~0.4% for the Shaman/Spirit.

cg is higher because I took those odds to be for hitting any wolf rather than me specifically. Also, the Shaman/Spirit odds don't account for a second Shaman as that info wasn't public at the time, although it was my Shaman that hit.

That said, I think the real odds were much higher for mine because they weren't random chance. Alu said he was making a 69 joke and I picked 9 because it was "in the middle", so it wasn't exactly random chance.
