We have three buttons just for D&D on the editor now:
Action (swords), Avenge (hammer) and Character (wizard)
Action you can press and it will auto-format any text you place in the tags into action font.
Avenge, well, same thing, it'll add red text.
Character you click to post in your pre-defined character colour as outlined in your profile so that you can "speak" in character.
Crystal Does Something
...something something dark side...
"Pay your bar tab...or else... "

Age restricted because the forums aren't 1 year old yet, but that better be "some fries, motherfucker", etc.
Edit: The extra click was worth it. Jolly good.

Chacter? What a maroon.chacter
How many apples did I eat?Chacter? What a maroon.
The answer is none. He is just a maroon
I'm assuming the difference is that the CHARACTER one uses a PHP callback instead of being directly coded, but is there any way to remove the forced line-breaks from the tag?Posting a thread for this openly so everyone can see it now.

If you try to put it in the middle of a paragraph, it will always bump the lines. Even if you remove the line-breaks during editing, it forces them back in.
Ditto with the "stop parsing BBcode" being enabled on that. Did that break things? It prevents italics/bold/@s being used.
I assume that's doable, but I'll have to politely defer to @Lee on this one, he's the wizard!I'm assuming the difference is that the CHARACTER one uses a PHP callback instead of being directly coded, but is there any way to remove the forced line-breaks from the tag?

Don't worry, it just resulted in shortkut imitating my character and calling himself a maroon.Yep, mentioned that in the first post, it's just a hiccup we have to deal with
Doesn't afraid of anything indeed!I do love that it's providing retroactive color adjustment. @Lee is a pretty cool guy and doesn't afraid of anything.
You spoil us, Lee. You're an absolute geniusI’ll have a look at the mysterious line breaks shortly.
There is no easy fix for the quote colour issue, it’ll take me a while to sort that, but will get there
