I'm not proud of this, but I actually had something very similar to this happen to me: I was having an affair, went with my side piece to a basketball game with a kiss cam, and we ended up on the cam. We kissed as expected, and afaik nobody I know ever saw it besides the two of us. I agree that if they had just done a quick kiss, it's very likely nothing would've came of it. People only care about the camera because they like to be on camera. Nobody cares about the other people on the camera.
