No one has directly cleared Kelly, but if kut believes him then he wouldn't be Mafia since there are no Mafia seer roles, and that would mean if there were a plan to sacrifice Zell he wouldn't have been in on it and coming out and claiming Zell was the evil one would be extremely risky.

I would probably go along with lynching the vampire if I were confident you were both honest and correct about who the vampire is. I'm doubtful of both, especially since you don't seem to be sure yourself. I'm also not completely convinced it would guarantee an agency win. There are a lot of variables that could make it otherwise, and I have no way to know if it's true or if you're misdirecting us. It could be either. I feel better taking out a known evil than giving the mob an opportunity to mislead us into mislynching.

Some roles take multiple attempts to kill, so we can't know for sure that the math will work in our favor.
