Sorry, I missed this earlier. Just a sec.Benzine is Wightzine?
Buy the relic and kill the wight.
Should have bought it before
Fair.Yup, I acknowledged that JUST before your post.
Still not completely sold on Jon thanks to the argument for keeping Zell alive yesterday.
Oh, to answer this, they're in there. I assumed you'd asked Mark to add those but not the others. What about poor local and smacktard and quagmire oh wow today was bloody
...but why wasn't the wight announced before that? The wight was announced yesterday. In response to all of the confused reacts: the Wight was ordered to leave the town after Local's transaction caused its abilities to activate which outed it, and sent to a questing area to wait in ambush.
Doing so means attacking it in the town won't work because it's not here, but it also can't be called back to use it's money abilities again.
there are a lot of moving parts, it seems. there are going to be bugs in the system....but why wasn't the wight announced before that? The wight was announced yesterday.
I'm confused as to how this all happens.
Yesterday's wight was announce immediately because it started making a spear before the day opened. This time its abilities weren't used until Local bought the lantern....but why wasn't the wight announced before that? The wight was announced yesterday.
I'm confused as to how this all happens.
Always blue shirt with orange flowers for some reason
You're like the inappropriate Blippi.Always blue shirt with orange flowers for some reason![]()
I know about his past. It's a bit much even for me, and you know how gross I am...You're like the inappropriate Blippi.
(Though if you knew about Blippi's past, Ants would look pretty mild.)

Be careful, they're cursed.@Ants! I would like to go questing in the Cursed Ruins.
does take into account me reviving someone? There are 8 people remaining, 3 are acolytes, and 1 is the assassin. As far as we know, the assassin will kill Jon tonight if he's really not an acolyte. If we kill Zell, the acolytes will kill one of us tonight and win.
If we kill an acolyte, both the acolytes and Zell will kill someone and we'll be outnumbered 3 evils to 2 non evils tomorrow.
We've basically lost this game already.
I was trying to keep that a secret for the moment. But no it does not.does take into account me reviving someone?
Why didn't you want Zell lynched yesterday if you knew you'd be bountied today?
Because, as Ben did, my plan was to hope for an Acolyte killed via bounty, then use the gold I had to slap another hopeful acolyte onto the board to entice Zell. The only reason to kill me would be revenge. I don't think he gets gold for killing me. I took a calculated risk. He's also a kingmaker now.Jon being an acolyte hoping to get an extra free kill out of Zell before then getting him lynched today is the only reason I can think of for him to argue to not kill Zell yesterday knowing that he'd be added as a bounty today.
That's not going to matter. I laid him to rest.My quest to kill Wightzine

He's not. FR has a revive and killing of Zell today makes it 4-3 village to acolyte tomorrow, accounting for an acolyte kill tonight. He's also a kingmaker now.
Ahh, I didn't check FR's role. That revive will be clutch. He's not. FR has a revive and killing of Zell today makes it 4-3 village to acolyte tomorrow, accounting for an acolyte kill tonight.
So you disagree with me saying my opinion is he should live? Also, the argument of "it only benefits the acolytes" always made no sense. You find someone who can kill you should probably just vote them off rather than hoping they do something to help you.
But that's the past. The only play we have moving forward is getting rid of him now to give us a chance with numbers tomorrow....and that's only if the acolytes don't have enough money to buy out a bunch of loud voice potions and lynch prevention items.
I didn't push as hard as I should have yesterday because you laid out the ground work that anyone who disagreed with you on whether he should be voted off would be an acolyte (by saying it only benefits them to get rid of him).So you disagree with me saying my opinion is he should live?
I mean, I get it if so, but if I were an acolyte I probably push to have him lynched... because I can't kill him at night. How does me advocating for his life make more MORE likely to be an acolyte. Not sure I quite follow that?
I don't disagree. But I did follow the logic that we can only kill one acolyte at a time, and he offered a way around that. The issue because who had the bounty placed on them. They picked (I had nothing to do with this; you and Local, two confirmed townies, did) Kelly, who happened to be town and happened to be an avenger type that took out another town.I didn't push as hard as I should have yesterday because you laid out the ground work that anyone who disagreed with you on whether he should be voted off would be an acolyte (by saying it only benefits them to get rid of him).
It benefited the acolytes to keep him around and post a bounty on a villager by reducing the numbers further. He can only kill players who have bounties posted, and if the acolytes kept posting the highest bounties on villagers, he'd just help lower the number all the way down until the acolytes could simply vote him off.
Shit dude, I WISH I was that clever...Either it's all very unfortunate to happen together, or you and Ben are doing a great job following a plan for the acolytes.
It would be quite an amazing plan overall.Shit dude, I WISH I was that clever...
We've played enough together for you to know I am neither capable enough to come up with that nor execute that as flawlessly as is needed. It would be quite an amazing plan overall.
All the wolves had to rely on was watching the town priest itself to death and gunner the wrong people to death while choosing to not lynch when there's an obvious candidate. We've played enough together for you to know I am neither capable enough to come up with that nor execute that as flawlessly as is needed.
I am pretty present this game, no? I haven't been here right at the start of the day phases but I've been here. And I've quested! But also CG and Tommy aren't really playing the game and potentially just trying to get by without drawing any attention. Jawneh is always Jawneh.
Your posts are very quiet comparatively. Maybe try caps lock?I am pretty present this game, no? I haven't been here right at the start of the day phases but I've been here. And I've quested!
I mean I guess, I am a thief so in this economy.. it makes sense to put up a bounty for me. But, I'm like the least guilty looking person so far, at least in my opinion. I risked questing and actually got hurt, probably not a move I would make as a wolf (especially because of shortkut peer pressure) but since there was less on the line, I went for it. Then, I thought by publicly showing my intentions about trading gold with Local Hero, and then announcing to everyone that I healed myself and was not injured anymore, that I was town aligned, wasn't going to try to steal from people who were confirmed good.BOUNTY NOTICE
Target: Tommy Boy
Reason: "He knows what he did."
Posted By: Ben (who is absolutely over it)
Reward: 15 Gold, paid in full and with petty satisfaction.
No refunds. No questions. Just vibes.
I am definitely more confident in wolf because I'm fully familiar with the roles, but there is so much stuff going on in the background in this game that I'm just trying to be diligent, not so filled with memes and jumpy, but also enjoying the game and stuff.Your posts are very quiet comparatively. Maybe try caps lock?
What are you claiming for a role again? I can't remember, and at this point we're basically dead in the water unless we figure it all out perfectly.
Guessing it's a picture of Ants giving shortkut the middle fingerI am definitely more confident in wolf because I'm fully familiar with the roles, but there is so much stuff going on in the background in this game that I'm just trying to be diligent, not so filled with memes and jumpy, but also enjoying the game and stuff.
Like the puzzle piece shit? The hell is that about?
I'll admit, my main suspicion was on Tommy for the whole asking for gold thing with Local enabling him, but I tossed a coin for who to spear. Certainly regret it, but at the same time I did unintentionally take out a Mimic, so it wasn't the worst outcome.Immediately killing someone else off without any actual proof? What a nice twofer there.
I summon the spirit of VashTheStampede to put an end to this.... KINGMAKERYI'll admit, my main suspicion was on Tommy for the whole asking for gold thing with Local enabling him, but I tossed a coin for who to spear. Certainly regret it, but at the same time I did unintentionally take out a Mimic, so it wasn't the worst outcome.
So my suspicion is still on Tommy, and Jawneh for playing the "avenger" role to try to avoid getting himself killed. It's not impossible to have multiples of the same role, we had 2 blacksmiths, but it just feels too Jawneh. I'm not really sure who I think the third Acolyte is, but I'm guessing canadaguy from his "I don't know what's going on" and otherwise general silence.
I don't think Zell wants the Acolytes to win any more than we do. Sure, I guess his win conditions are a long shot at this point since he's known, but if he lets them outnumber us then he's dead too. If he helps us keep our numbers above theirs while just banking coin, I assume he'll aim to get an item to score an extra kill, but I haven't done the math. It does smell a little Kingmakery, though.
I don't think we're doomed yet, but we certainly are better off starting to actually exterminate acolytes and not villagers (I say, acknowledging the blood on my hands.)
