I love their pick, I will say up front I am a Louisville fan, so I am bias, I think his age is why he isnt as popular among fans, he has all the traits to be a good NFL QB. His big injuries were breaks and not tears so shouldnt be recurring injuries

I would feel bad, I think he could be a good QB, but I do remember the game where he shoved a ref when he was mad at a call, I feel like this is happening because of his actions and personality, this isnt like when Rodgers or Quinn slid (through Rodgers did end up being a nut bag)

I think it's quite simple that he is seen as a project, he definitely does have some upside but he's not a Surefire Prospect and teams don't want to commit to the circus that would follow him for a player that may not develop and who probably is not patient enough to sit and learn, so do agree about the interview is probably a big thing

The overwhelming criticism is pocket passers don’t win in this league. Mobility and two way threats do. There have been several reports (from Kiper, Rapoport, Shefter, my local news even) that him being a pocket passer with little mobility is the biggest knock. Followed by bad interview.

If it were JUST that he’s a project he would have been drafted already. Dart, Shough and Milroe are all projects too. So is ward honestly. If he had raw talent he’d have been picked by now
