I think the claim is shaky, and lean towards wolf. But if people start dying and showing up as ???, that's when things get dicey.

I am, to reiterate, moderately content to let it ride. There's no guarantee the wolves will successfully land a kill tonight either, barring a Berserk being in play. If the Confusion Wolf can be completely nullified, that removes an enormous threat from the game even if the player themself is still present.

Here's the thing, guys. I'm a flagger. Therefore, TD is not making a legitimate claim. He's presented no evidence nor made any hints of a role claim.

Why would everyone bandwagon need on no info? My guess, TD is a wolf and is coming out with a strong accusations to see what happens.

OR

He's just a regular townie throwing out accusations and a bunch of wolves (and townies) jumped on it.

Why isn't TD making any role claim when he is a staunch believer in all Innocents role claiming?

@VashTheStampede you said the margins are thin and killing the wrong person could be disastrous. What do you think? If he's really flagger, we could have a seer check to confirm, right? We know TD didn't get the info as tough guy. We know there were no kills last night, so he can't have gotten the info from spirit seer or anything like that. That'd mean the only way he could identify a wolf truly for sure is as a random aura seer (assuming we believe Tommy), but flagger is kind of a weird thing for an evil aura to claim.

Are we making a mistake? Did TD find Local suspicious just because he's posting passively and can't keep up with the thread because he's at a festival? Like I said, I always want to kill Local and he's always been good, so I don't trust my own suspicions here.

I wish TD were here to give some insight into his claim.

He could also be detective and is comparing against someone else who happened to be confirmed "good" aura by one of our "seers"

Which could have all true statements involved if he compared the sorcerer/fan to local, and someone else confirmed good aura on the sorcerer/fan.

But do we have any more evidence of that versus what TD has been implying?

Unless there's another viable reason TD knows Local is "100% wolf", besides Kelly's post earlier about him being evil and playing mindgames.

I think we need to take out Local and see where things go, but I understand why people might be afraid to, especially if he really is the Flagger.

Me too! Who else is suspicious? It's weird Kelly was so intent on figuring out my exact role. It still feels a lot like fishing for info or to set up townies to me. He basically said he'd use whatever group was "more likely" to have wolves (as if we could know such a thing with duplicate roles) as a justification to lynch.

Raine seems kinda cagey, but I'm not sure that's in a wolfy way. I think she might be cagey by nature.

Kut also struck me as a bit suspicious with his whole "I can't even be bothered to read the list in the first post" thing. I don't think both Kelly and Kut are evil though.

I'll go back and see who jumped on the Local train quickly. That's usually a good sign of wolves.

I mean, maybe you are right. In TD's defense, he never said he was the Tough Guy either, so... Alu mentioned Detective. There might be other explanations. It would be odd of TD to come out and say he has irrefutable evidence on day 1 without having it.

Detective isn't 100%. Nobody is definitely innocent to compare against.

I think he is just very confident in his read.

We are less than six hours away from the end of the phase. The options are...

1. Lynch Local Hero.
A. If he dies and is guilty, then TD might've been telling the truth, unless Local is the Trickster Wolf. Then it could be a ruse. If TD is Tough Guy, he dies as well.
B. If he dies and is innocent, then TD is full of shit, and hopefully somebody kills him tonight or we lynch tomorrow.
C. If he doesn't die, then shenanigans.
2. Lynch nobody. Learn nothing. Try to regroup next day phase, likely with one or two fewer townies.

We could always lynch somebody else. I agree we should lynch somebody.
