The glitz of working in the World Trade Center diminished after approximately two weeks. Literally nothing compares to waking up and going to work at my desk right next to me. I don't care how "iconic" the location is, it's a 40 min commute by train and foot combo, lunch is more expensive down there, and I can't go do stuff when I'm bored. Working remote has changed my life, I'm not sure how I'd ever adjust back.

There is another building they rent out for the few who's job has to be done in person. You would be surprised that the US healthcare system still uses fax machines. Fucking fax machines. Some carriers are just now getting away from using them.

Vash says the new hospital looks like a Disney resort. He said it in a way that it didn't sound like a good thing.

I used to run all the work for pagers in New Zealand. I easily believe hospitals still use fax machines.

Fax machines are one of the acceptable ways for us to receive prescriptions… however if the cover page doesn’t have 7 specific factors, the entire order is not valid

I totally understand the concept behind trying to make it look like a pleasant place to stay if you're going to be stuck in there for a while but I personally would rather it scream of competence rather than comfort.

I'm not wanting to spend a lot of time there.
