My game aint starting for another ten days if anyone else wants to run a game before then.

Or I can wait longer to start it if people want a break. I get it if this game might have soured some people. And that's not at all a criticism of Benzine or how he ran the game, which I always appreciate him doing. That's just the reality of those roles that were involved this time.

I agree, but before Cupids were willing to sell out their couples in order to stay alive /win with the village and that obviously doesn’t work.

Part of my ongoing distaste for the subfactions like Cupid and whatnot is that yeah, its always a lot more fun when you're in on a joke rather than the butt of it.

I think that announcing that Cupid/Instigator exists will help that and reduce the power of the couple.

It probably would, but I like not knowing, makes the game more interesting (to me) if we don't know what we're dealing with.

If we know there is a cupid, then that means we dont have to worry about lynching fool or HH target on accident

That might work.

Maybe it would be better to announce more generally “there is at least one linked couple”

This way, you know know that the SK can’t kill at night, that there is no fool, or that one wolf is compromised

Only allow one linked couple and announce there is one but not say which variety it is.

If the SK kills off the bat you know it's Cupid. If they don't then you have to not trust anyone with a good aura for a bit.

I like multiple groups. Maybe if there are 15+ players there can be 2 groups (or less)

Yeah I'd be much less reluctant to have multiple gangs if we had more players.
