Handheld emulators

Seen a few adverts for things like the R36S recently, which is a $40 or so gameboy looking thing that has thousands of old games on it from what I can tell. Seemed too good to be true so did a bit of reading and saw mixed reviews. I'm interested but the quality doesn't sound perfect, which is to be expected. Has anybody got any experience of any of these that can play old PS1, PS2, N64, Gamecube, Gameboy, etc. games?

Honestly I'm intrigued handheld emulators/devices, been looking for a while for what options that are available. I have been building on my romsets for quite some time now. Mostly interested in emulation on Windows based PCs. But I am interested in emulators for Android and Steamdeck (or similar devices) for portable options. Not really interested in emulation on my phone due to memory constraints and don't want to drain the battery.

Also not sure if it be an option, but I'm also wondering if there's any mobile devices that has an output for streaming/video recording purposes as I am interested in streaming and video creation in the future.
