All teams will be known. It should be assumed that the solo killer has enough banked to win.

The key advantage the wolves have is that they are the only one who knows that they have a shadow left. Once they use it, their entire bag of tricks is out. Which is why I would save it. If the wolves shadow, it's a near guaranteed deadlock vote. Local will have to vote with the town in order to save his skin, and the wolves will have wasted it.

The town knows if they kill Local, the game ends basically immediately with a loss. So they won't do that. I think Benzine will figure out that the only strategy is to vote off a wolf and then jail the remaining evils together.
