Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley was convinced that Trump had suffered “serious mental decline in the aftermath of the election” and took the extraordinary step of ordering his staff to come to him if they received a nuclear strike order from the president. “No matter what you are told, you do the procedure. You do the process. And I’m part of that procedure,” Milley reportedly told the officers.

Dumb man with dumb plans think people just believe him whenever he says anything about anything.

No one would believe any of the other countries with nukes would target NK and use a nuke on them. Only Russia would be another that could potentially end up using one (maybe Israel), but they're friendly with NK.

Not to mention that shit is trackable. If a nuke is fired, everyone would know where it's from.

Plus... it strikes me more as him trying to pull an FDR. In the middle of a war, it's easier for people to stick with the devil you know. That's why Truman only took over after FDR died. The people reelected him to a third term.
