PS1 Games Without Tank Controls

Have honestly been getting tired of learning about PS1 games that were supposed to be pretty good, only to find out they have tank controls and/or those static camera angles like from the Resident Evil games. Supposedly, a big reason for the tank controls and lack of camera control is that developers chose to make sure games were compatible with the original PSX controller that didn't have the two analog sticks.

Help me find action/adventure/platforming games without that bullshit. Note: Not looking for turn based RPGs like the Final Fantasy games.

Going off of what I have and/or know of:

Tank Controls + Static Camera angles:
- RE1-3
- Fear Effect (probably Fear Effect 2, as well)
- Parasite Eve 2
- Silent Hill

Tank controls with a camera that follows your character:
- All Tomb Raider games
- Driver 2 (when you control Tanner outside of the car)
- Duke Nukem: Time to Kill
- Syphon Filter series
- Die Hard trilogy (Die Hard part)

Weird tank controls:
- Croc - It's like a mishmash of tank controls and the system that the Spyro games had.

Directional Input, no camera control (single angle):
- Crash Bandicoot games
- Pac-Man World
- Gauntlet Legends
Directional Input, no camera control (active):
- Spider-Man
- Croc 2
Directional Control, minimal camera control (left-right and/or snap to behind character):
- Sypro series
- Ape Escape (one of the games that actively REQUIRES the dual analog stick because you use the right stick to attack/swing the net)
- Gex 3

Both Croc 2 and Gex 3 follow a similar control scheme of the Spyro games where you pretty much have to stop to do instant turns otherwise your character will gradually turn.

I'm also aware that the first Parasite Eve game has no tank controls, but it's combat is like an active turn based combat, in that you can run around and evade attacks, but there's a timer on your own attacks. Not counting FPS games, in this.

Games that I found via searching the internet that supposedly don't have tank controls:
- Rayman 2 (own DC version)
- Metal Gear Solid
- Glover (have the N64 version)
- Spider-Man 2
- Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver (own DC version)
- Blade
- Shadowman
- Beast Wars
- Alundra 2
- Herc's Adventure
- Gex 2
- The Tomba series

Whacha got?

Can confirm MGS is still controls pretty good. it takes a little bit to get used to no first person option for shooting, but it holds up better than I remember

Symphony of the Night is one to add to the list of no tank controls
I feel like 2D side scrolling are all likely to come without tank controls.

Also, Symphony of the Night is stupid expensive on the PS1. I bought a digital copy on the Xbox 360 store before it closed.
