I dropped this in the shitposting thread months ago, and don't truly stream all that often, but perhaps this will encourage me to do so. Primarily this serves as an example for the forum-use.

Please note; Twitch videos drop off after a little while if you're not going-hard on content production, so there may or may not even be anything available on my channel.

This one will at least have a number of older videos I've put up, ranging from Battlefield 1942 from the glory days of Gamewinners, to more recent crap like Dead By Daylight.

My partner and I spent quite a while playing nothing but Dead by Daylight, which was made easier by it having pretty good cross-platform play.

It eventually got old, and I never truly embraced being killer, but it's still a decent game. I've considered firing it up again just to see what new additions they've added to the roster. I believe they added Vecna from D&D (not the Stranger Things version, they have Demogorgon for that), as well as... Nicholas Cage... As a survivor, but I really wish he'd been put in as a killer.

It almost scratches the same 'be the monster' itch that Left 4 Dead did.

It's been years since I played it, but it was my favorite blend of Star Wars and Battlefield, which I also loved. I think EA shit all over it for a while, and while it may have gotten a touch more love in the final updates, I'd already moved on.

I dig any FPS that blends in vehicle combat well, though.

Almost everyone plays the sequel these days. It has a 24 hour peak of 25,000 compared to 500 for the original. It'd be much easier to find a game.

Yeaaaaaah, but I never loved the characters in L4D2 as much as L4D. I mean, the queue time might make a difference, but after just reinstalling it again and hitting Quick Play, I got into a L4D game immediately, so...

Also potentially something I'd push to get GWF members to play, which would reduce the amount of random fucks required.

So the idea that I'd be able to find any time in the day to play games meaningfully was pretty laughable. Silly me.

At least in so far as doing the whole commentary/camera thing along with it, which I kind of feel most people expect now. Not without carving out a dedicated scheduled time where I've got other stuff put aside for an hour or two.

Though I've also been considering playing through old point-and-click adventures, which probably don't need a running commentary of "oh, I'm gonna click this". I could more feasibly just stream that without worrying about kid distractions and the like...

And I've got a growing itch to play the Discworld games again, of which there are 3... Been probably 20+ years so seeing whether I remember all of the solutions might be fun.
