Zell Wolf Meta Game - Day 3

Village team:
Some villagers, possibly handpicked, possibly random!

Note: There will be NO MORE than one person who has a "speak with the dead" role. There will also be no more than one person with a "lock players up at night" role. There may be none of either, but there won't be multiple.

Wolf team:
Some wolves!

The werewolves can be any of the numbered wolves (except regular werewolf) listed in the dictionary.

Solo team:
Some solo(s)!

Rules:
Nights will be 12 hours and days will be 24 hours. The end of the next period will be clearly posted.

You may edit your posts for clarity. If you edit out an action (like shooting someone) and you get caught I'm killing you.

Votes will be conducted via poll. The poll will close exactly at the deadline. You have unlimited changes until that point.

There will be a minimum number of votes required to lynch. Usually this number will be around the number of villagers / 2 - 1. In the event of a tie, nobody is lynched. In the event that the minimum number of votes is not reached, nobody is lynched.

Skips require a skip vote from every player. They'll be posted in the forum as usual. Once you vote to skip, you cannot unskip.

Night events will go in the following priority order regardless of when the PMs are sent to me:

Beast Hunter picks up trap (if moved)
Wolf Shaman/Confusion activates
Medium/Ritualist revive spell
Wolves break out of warden prison
Warden weapon used
Wolf seer/Sorcerer check

Flagger redirect
Doctor protect
Jailer/Warden protect
Bodyguard protect
Witch protect
Tough Guy protect
Violinist check + gets results
Detective check + gets results
Aura Seer checks + gets results
Spirit Seer check
Sheriff check
Voodoo wolf / Librarian mute
Marksman shot
Witch kill (if not killed by marksman, otherwise potion unused)
Jailer kill (if not killed by marksman/witch)
Red Lady visit
Revived players return from the dead (cannot be targeted by wolves/solo in same night)

Wolf berserk mode activates
Wolves kill
Spirit Seer gets results
Sheriff gets results

In the event that two of the same role perform the exact same action, they will both be credited.

Please do not talk about the game outside of the designated threads. This is honor system. When you die, you will gain access to a special forum that is already set up. The player may have access to this forum at night. If you are revived, you will lose access. Please use this forum for all discussion by dead players about the game. Alive players can talk during the main thread during the day.

Winning Conditions:

Village: Kill all wolves and the solo killer.

Wolves: Kill all non-wolves

Solo Killer: Kill all other players.

I thought it was mighty curious that we have two Ben's playing in this game. That really got my senses tingling and thought to look more into it.

Come to find out, they were exciting the same watering hole last night, holding each other arm over shoulder, and sharing the same bottle of watered down pilsner the barkeep sent them away with.

They're definitely on the same team those two lads.

Yes so the trickster if kut of flagger, would look like a villager, so would come up as on the same team as vash. So any read coming up as same team will be sus, but if coming up not same team, will be a clean read.

I offered him a not-insignificant amount of Townie Bucks and as a show of good faith I provided him with an adorable picture of a baby hippo showing off its first teeth.

I am surprised to learn a zebra does not appreciate a hippopotamus

With the powers of Christina and I combined, we can be sure that The Ben's are wolves. Unless this meta game has twin serial killers that's the only read possible. From there, we got Tommy and Quagmire left for the SK and whatever leftover.

If you kill me you're damning the town even faster, as I'm the Avenger. Killing me is killing another person too, so while I hope my target choices continue to be good, I'm not sure whether I have a wolf selected or whether you'd kill 2 villagers in one.

I hinted but didn't overly broadcast it for that very reason, I didn't want to give 2 easy kills to a wolf/solo.

My first day choice was shortkut, then local, now Tommy. My shortlist for baddies are Tommy, Benzine and either Jawneh or Quagmire are lying. Might lean Quagmire since the bellringer claim could be faked if you knew who a wolf was to begin with.

Changing my target to whoever suggested I get lynched just to take them with me sounds like a vengeful plan, though... What do you think, Vash?

(See what I mean when I mentioned yesterday that I read everything and only retain like 70%? Yeah, this happens.)

That means we got the lot. Ben and Ben are wolves, Tommy is SK, Christina and I are dicks, Quagmire bellringer and Vash is the looney with a gun.

I choose to believe none of us between Christina, Quagmire and I are lying.

If Ben is a wolf avenger, there's an avenue for some shenanigans out there. Beyond that, the town really is just there as fodder.

I missed a couple posts from the start of the thread so didn't see Christina's team match thing. I have no idea why she'd have read us as separate teams; I don't think there is a power that masks someone else's aura instead of your own.

My first guess would likely be Christina is on some mastermind level shit and has been a wolf the whole time, passing a fake Dick role. I don't particularly believe she's been a strap-on this whole time, though.

Fuck revengeance, though. I'm leaving my selection on Tommy as I think he's an actual baddie. If you kill me I'll at least get to validate my read on him.

Aura: Evil
Can select a player to enchant for the night. That player will show as having evil aura and wolf team affiliation. This ability has unlimited uses, but cannot be used if the shaman wolf is the only wolf alive. The player to shaman will be selected via PM.

So my assumption would be that they have a shaman wolf among their remaining 2 and that's what made me seem to be a different team to Vash.

I don't think we have a guarantee that there is a non-violent solo as well as a murderous solo, do we? Just "Some solo(s)". We clearly have a Serial Killer, but I haven't seen evidence of the other ones. Though I guess they wouldn't really broadcast, aside from cupid alignments...

So therefore I'm led to assume the same happened to you, you legit got your role assignment kinda late and may have assumed we were picking our own roles, but Zell would have straightened it out. If you're maintaining the "I didn't know", it's suspicious.

Correct. This would clear both of us as wolves but not as the solo killer. The wolves would have had to know their assignment before the rest of the town was assigned.

Or, like Zell said in the signup thread, he was waiting for decisions to be made before sending the rest of the roles out. That meaning the wolves got to decide all their roles first before Zell did his ZellRNG choices for the rest of us. That would easily put you as the SK still.
