I used to have a horrible temper, because of various reasons. Things would get to me and I would snap. Since transitioning that hasn't really happened, and I won't say it's a direct correlation, but...
I used to get such bad road rage but now I'm pretty chill on the road. Not sure what happened/changed. I still make the occasional snarky comment but it's several levels calmer than the yelling and swearing I used to do lol
I definitely don't have a temper and I rarely ever get "pissed off." I do sometimes get salty about things but again, a snarky comment or two and then I'm over it.
I will say that at work, I get "set off" by stupid questions. Sometimes.. there's just a LOT of them. And they aren't necessarily from one person but you know once you've reached that limit.. heaven and earth help you when you're the one who asked that nth question because if my voice/tone doesn't say it, my face 1000% will.
i get older, i care less. i used to get angry easily at stupid tuff, but now i realise it doesn't matter.
oh, unless someone walks slowly in front of me or blocks the escalator. move out the FUCKING way
I don't think it'll come as a surprise to anyone that I've never really had much of a temper. Things would annoy me, but emotionally in most situations the effect, outwardly at least, would be reasonably limited. As I've gotten older things do genuinely annoy me less because I try to keep a better sense of perspective. I really don't get angry very much at all nowadays, even with things like driving or playing video games where no one else is there to observe me, I still don't really actually get angry anymore.
